Upon purchasing the Party Card, the membership level system will be unlocked, allowing you to level up by obtaining HPower through top-ups. The higher the level, the more rewards you'll receive for your membership levels! • Level Up: Please check your progress through the EXP bar, which fills up as you obtain HPower from your top-ups. When the bar is full, you will level up automatically, and the EXP bar will reset. Even if you spend HPower, it won’t affect your EXP progress. • Downgrade: To keep your current level, please meet the level-keeping conditions before each season settlement at: 04:00 AM on 6/30 and 12/31 (GMT+8). When it shows [Keep current level: 0], it means you have met the level-keeping condition (this can only be viewed after the membership level system is unlocked). Once the Party Card expires, HPower obtained through top-ups will no longer count toward the membership level system, and EXP level-up progress will stop, but your levels will continue to downgrade at each season settlement. Re-purchase the Party Card to resume the progress once more. Level up for more rewards! ※ The HPower obtained from purchasing the Party Card does not count toward the membership levels.

While the Party Card is in effect, you will enjoy an exclusive top-up reward, which in turn brings you more HCoin (Free)! After activating the Party Card, you'll see 3 items displayed under your account: Level Rewards, Top-up Rewardable, and Reward Quota. When you top up, your Reward Quota—or Free HCoin—will be determined based on your Level Rewards and Top-up Rewardable. • Level Rewards This is a rate based on which you will earn HCoin (Free) when topping up HCoin (Paid). Whenever it is available, this rate will be prioritized and applied to your top-ups to ensure that you receive the best value possible! • Top-up Rewardable This refers to the maximum amount of HCoin (Paid) that is eligible for calculating rewards during top-ups. The quota determines the amount of HCoin (Free) you will be able to earn. Only the top-up amount within this range is eligible for rewards. Any excess will not be counted. • Reward Quota This refers to the monthly limit of HCoin (Free) you can earn, calculated based on your Level Rewards and Top-up Rewardable. If you have purchased the Auto-Subscription plan and wish to cancel it, please head to [Wallet] > [Manage Subscription] and click on Cancel Subscription at least 24 hours prior to the date of renewal. The Party Card will be canceled for the next cycle once the current cycle expires. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the date of renewal will not be processed, and we apologize for the inconvenience. If you have purchased a Fixed-Month Plan, the service is activated immediately upon purchase, and the refund policy does not apply. Please exercise caution before making the purchase.
