If you failed to obtain items using redemption codes or encountered an error during the process, please check the following first:
1. If the code is applicable in valid areas and time period.
2. If the code has not been redeemed previously.
3. If the code is entered correctly, including the case, number, and unnecessary spaces.
4. If your internet connection is stable.
If the issue persists, you can contact us and provide us with the following information:
• A screenshot of your code(s)
• The name of the event in full
• Time of redemption
