If due to certain reasons, you want to apply for a refund after payment, please be informed that we do not offer any refund for HCoin (see the HCoin Terms of Use).
The HCoin, platform Srevices, HPower, in-game currencies/items, etc. are not subject to the 7-day period for goods returning under Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. Once the purchased items are distributed to your account, they cannot be recovered, returned or refunded.
Please be cautious when making purchases and always double check the items, quantities, and content of your purchases, as well as verifying the payment. Once a purchase is made, it takes effect immediately, and no refund will be provided if there are no grounds for a refund.
