Sometimes there may be system errors or delays during transactions, please wait for a while before checking if you have received the items or not. Or you can also check the following:
1. If the items are still in your in-game mailbox or warehouse.
2. Restart the game to see if the items are now usable/claimable.
3. If the HPower has been correctly deducted from your account.

• Your account email in full
• A screentshot of the item and its name in full
• Time of purchase
